Customer Service Representative

To further serve your needs we have Customer Service Representative who answers every single call that comes into our office from a buyer or a seller. Our customer service representative answers our telephones from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. Not only do they answer all calls, they follow up with every caller to be certain they received the service and information they needed from the real estate agent they spoke with. We keep a database of all the callers so we can notify them when we list property that suits their needs as well.
